Bad Wörishofen made its name with Sebastian Kneipp's water cures, and the modern Therme continues that bathing tradition on a resort scale: a warm mineral bathing hall, extensive outdoor pools, and one of Germany's larger sauna landscapes in a garden setting. The water here is heated and mineralised rather than a natural hot spring, so the appeal is the bathing architecture and the Kneipp context.
