Bad Ischl built its reputation on brine: the Habsburg court came here for salt-water cures, and the Salzkammergut-Therme continues that tradition in a contemporary bathing house of indoor and outdoor brine pools, saunas and quiet rooms looking towards the surrounding mountains.
