Liard River Hot Springs Provincial Park protects two spring-fed pools, Alpha and Beta, reached by a boardwalk across a warm-water swamp that supports an unusually rich plant and animal community for this latitude. Alpha pool is developed for bathing, with a deck and changing rooms, in a forest clearing.
