Luhačovice is Moravia's largest spa, known less for hot pools than for its cold, strongly mineralised springs — Vincentka above all — taken as a drinking cure from colonnade taps. The resort's character comes from Dušan Jurkovič's early twentieth-century buildings, which fold Moravian folk motifs into an Art Nouveau spa town.
