GeoSea opened in 2018 on Húsavík's Skjálfandi bay headland, using geothermal seawater that had already been used to heat the town. Infinity-edge pools sit at the top of the cliff, level with the Arctic horizon.

Bathing in warm seawater rather than fresh geothermal water, with views over the bay where whales feed and the Kinnarfjöll mountains beyond — arguably the finest sea view of any Icelandic bath.
