The Balneario de Archena occupies a walled garden of palms beside the Segura river in Murcia. Its water rises hot and strongly sulphurous, and the nineteenth-century Baños de Levante and neo-Moorish casino still anchor the estate.

Por qué visitarlo

The water is among the hottest and most mineralised in Spain, and the estate reads as a self-contained nineteenth-century spa village rather than a hotel with a pool.
